I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, stated or otherwise.

Disrespect will not be tolerated. Please remain patient and respectful, as rude behaviour will result in the cancellation of your commission (with an appropriate refund where applicable).

The terms outlined here may vary depending on the type of commission, but for the most part will be the same. I reserve the right to update my terms of service as needed.

Payments will be made in two parts—half when the final sketch is complete, and the other half when the commission is near completion. I won't send the final sketch or the final product without their appropriate payments to prevent scams.

All payments will be made in USD through Paypal. I do not offer an alternate method of payment, sorry!

If you wish to set a deadline there will be an added fee. The fee will be dependent on how quick the timeline is and will be quoted before any work has begun.

I retain the rights to the art I make, its distribution, and its use. This means I retain the right to post the art I make to social media and use it to advertise my skills to future clients—however, I will not use commissioned artwork for commercial profit.

Should a commissioner pull out of a commission, ask for a refund, or otherwise forfeit the art they have requested, I have the right to repurpose the incomplete commission as I see fit.

You may post the finished commission on social media websites, provided that proper credit is given and is easily visible.

Editing, cropping, and printing the finished piece for personal use is allowed—however, do not remove/crop out my watermark.

For anything that renders the watermark illegible, please have a link nearby in the description/caption for the piece. An example of this is when using the finished art as a pfp/socials banner.

Art commissioned for personal use is not allowed to be used commercially. You do not have the right to make any form of profit from my work commissioned for this purpose. If you want a commercial piece you'll have to let me know beforehand. Commercial fees will apply.

You may NOT feed my art to generative AI engines, nor can anything I draw be used as NFTs. Do not use AI to try and replicate my art style, or to visualize an endgoal for your commission. The use of AI will result in the swift and immediate denial of your request.

Most art I draw is made on a canvas of 2000px by 2000px or larger, set to 300dpi. The final product will be saved as a .png file and will feature my logo watermarked onto it.

The initial sketch typically takes a week or so depending on external factors! Please ensure you have the first half of your payment ready for when the sketch is complete, as having to wait for that payment will cause a delay.

The final product may take somewhere between a few weeks to a few months to complete, varying by complexity, detail, and the amount of characters I am drawing. You can feel free to ask for progress updates during this time!

I will send you updates throughout the drawing process, asking for input/any changes you may desire as I move along. At the very least, I will send you one screenshot of each stage to make sure I'm on the right track. Please try to respond to these in a timely manner, as I often have to wait after I send the progress shot so I don't continue without your input!

Under no circumstances will I give a refund after a piece is finished or near completion. You will be given several opportunities to provide feedback on the progress of your commission, and it is up to you to ensure the artwork is proceeding in a satisfactory direction.

I do not allow payments before the final sketch is complete in most circumstances. As such, refunds are based off of the first half of the final payment, and refunds post-coloring are not offered.

If I make the decision to discontinue your commission for any reason, you will be notified and will be refunded however much money you have paid thus far regardless of the progress made on the commission.

Refund amounts may vary from piece to piece, often factoring in things like cumulative time spent on a piece, etc. Below is an estimated refund amount for each stage of the process:
